There isn’t much to say except we work extremely well as a team. As stated on our Home page, we are a “recreational” woodsball team. We are not a Speedball Tournament team. We aren’t like most other teams in the DFW area:

• We do not “Practice”
• We do not “Train”

Many believe that if you don’t practice as a team, then you are not a REAL team. I beg to differ. After 10 years in the US Army, I have learned that if you put together a group of individuals with the same common goal, you can accomplish almost anything. When we recruit, or take interest in a new member for our roster, we make sure that we all share the same personality traits. The common goals that each of our members posse would be the following:

• The desire to lead
• The intelligence to come up with a strategy
• A passion for paintball

Everyone is treated equally within our group. No “one” person can have the answer to every strategic situation. Once you become a member of Texas Venom, you become family.
